FLU Vaccine How to book

When will I get my vaccinations?

People aged 65 and over are due to receive a letter, email or text (depending on how they’ve asked to be contacted) inviting them for their winter vaccinations.

The winter vaccinations for over 65s will begin on 19 September and you should receive your invite no later than 13 September.

Appointments for all other groups will be made available as the programme progresses – people in those groups should wait until they are contacted or called forward.

Where will I get my vaccination?

Vaccinations are being delivered at vaccination clinics across Lothian.

If you receive an invite to an appointment at a time or location which is inconvenient for you, you can rearrange this via the online booking portal or by calling the National Vaccination Helpline on 0800 030 8013.
Who should I call if I don't get a letter or can't attend my scheduled appointment?
If you need any assistance, you can call the National Vaccination Helpline on 0800 030 8013. More information is also available online (for those with internet access) at www.nhsinform.scot/winter-vaccines
